New Kia Seltos launched in Hamirpur Kia Showroom Its bigger, higher and more power packed than older version

The all new Kia Seltos SUV is launched in glittering function at Kia Showroom at Bhira near Hamirpur on January 10. The one of the priests at famous Bagalamukhi temple in Bankhandi in district Kangra of Himachal Pradesh performed the rituals on the occasion before revealing the glittering SUV vehicle. Naveen Soni Manafing and Gaurav Bhatia both Managing Directors of the Surya Kia company and their families were also present on the occasion.
Manjeet Bhanot General Manager of the the Kia Showroom at Bhira while describing the details of new Kia Seltos said that the company had made major changes in the car and it is not just a facelift. He said that the size of car is increased considerably while the ground clearance is raised to 200 mm fom 180 mm earlier. He said that although the engine is of same displacement of 1.5 liter but the torque of the vehicle is increased 144 nm to 253 mm in petrol and to 250 nm in diesel variant. The power of the car is increased from 115 PS to 160 PS in petrol version.
Interestingly, the new Kia Seltos could be fitted with tyre sizes of 16 to 18 inch while old versions were capable of handling only 16 and 17 inches tyres.
Mr. Bhanot said that the new kia seltos would be available with shorter waiting durations. The petrol variants could be made available in 45 to 60 days while diesel SUV could be provided to car lovers in 90 to 100 days.
Staff of the showroom and many local dignitaries were also present on the launch of the new Kia Seltos at Kia Shoroom.
