British Deputy High Commissioner inaugurates tech lab iHUB Shoolini at Shoolini University
British Deputy High Commissioner, Mrs. Caroline Rowett today inaugurated the cutting-edge Central facilities lab iHUB Shoolini at Shoolini University, marking a significant milestone in the university’s journey towards technological excellence.
The state-of-the-art lab is designed to be a hub for groundbreaking research in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), the Internet of Things (IoT) and Drone Technology. 
The facility is supported by iHUB DivyaSampark and the Technology Innovation Hub, an initiative under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NMICPS). The collaborative effort involves the Department of Science and Technology and IIT Roorkee.
Speaking at the occasion, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla highlighted Shoolini University’s active involvement in advanced technology research, and  emphasised on  the potential of AI, ML, IoT, and Drone applications in shaping the future. 
Prof. Ashish Khosla, President of Innovation and Learning, stated that the versatility of the lab’s workstations, explaining their applications across various domains and industries.
Prof. Deepak Kumar, Coordinator of iHUB Shoolini, expressed deep gratitude towards iHUB DivyaSampark for its unwavering support in establishing the lab.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of Chancellor Prof. P.K. Khosla, Vice President of Financial Aid and Head of Admissions Mrs. Avnee Khosla, Director of Communication Mrs. Nistha Anand, and Mrs Ashoo Khosla Chief Learning Officer at Shoolini University among other dignitaries.
