Choose career of choice and work to achieve desired goals: Kanwar

“Choose career of choice and work to achieve desired goals in life with focus on the target”, said Dinesh Kanwar editor of Hill Quest while addressing tiny tots on the Science Model competition organised at Navdeep Public School Budhawin (Galore) near here today. He said that there are various fields in which students can prove their excellence and be successful citizens of the society. He added that there were times when parents only think to make their children a doctor, engineer or make them to join army as jawan of officer but now there are number of career options available and students can choose any career from any stream including science, arts, commerce, sports, music or any of their choice. He said that it is responsibility of parents and teachers to explore the talent and interest of children and develop their skills in respective fields. He also recalled the days when school was founded by then principal JN Verma in 1988. He said that it was challenge to start a private school in this remote area but Verma ji dedicated his life for the education and established this institution with very limited infrastructure and resources that had become a one of the best schools of the area. 
The Editor said that in old days parents drag their children out of sports fields while now the things have changed and people are making good living even in sports, singing, dancing and other fields of their interests. 
Akshat Verma Director of the school while addressing students and their parents on the occasion said that the function was organised to hunt the talent of the students and provide them opportunity to showcase their creativity. He also urged parents to keep regular watch on their children and encourage them to participate in extracurricular activities for their overall personality development. He added that these function also infuse confidence among students at early age. 
Anil Verma Chairman cum managing director of the school, Saroj Verma President of the school and members of teaching faculty were also present on the occasion.
