Bahra University Launches 24-Day Placement Readiness Boot Camp to Build Industry-Ready Professionals

In a significant initiative to enhance employability and bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations, Bahra University has launched its 24-Day Placement Readiness Boot Camp Programme, scheduled from 2nd July to 24th July 2026. Organised by the Centre for Career Success, Employability and Skill Development Training Cell, the intensive programme is designed to transform final-year students into confident, industry-ready professionals equipped with the skills demanded by today's competitive job market.

The Boot Camp reflects Bahra University's unwavering commitment to academic excellence, skill development and career-focused education. The programme will provide comprehensive training in technical skills, aptitude, communication, personality development, leadership, professional etiquette, interview preparation and problem-solving abilities, ensuring students are fully prepared to secure placements with leading companies.

The programme is specially designed for final-year students of MBA (2nd Semester), BBA (4th Semester), B.Tech CSE (6th Semester), BCA (4th Semester) and MCA (2nd Semester). Participants will undergo intensive training to strengthen technical competency, analytical thinking, communication skills and corporate readiness.

The programme was inaugurated in the presence of Prof. R.P. Nainta, Vice Chancellor, Bahra University, and Shri Vineet Kumar (Ex-IFS), Registrar, Bahra University, who appreciated the university's continuous efforts towards strengthening employability and preparing students for successful careers.

Addressing the participants, Mr. Anurag Avasthi, Director Students' Welfare and Head – Trainings, highlighted the growing importance of structured placement preparation in today's highly competitive employment landscape. He explained that the Boot Camp has been carefully designed to make every student industry-ready through an effective combination of management and technical training modules. The programme includes expert sessions on aptitude, communication, resume building, mock interviews, group discussions, technical skill enhancement and personality development, enabling students to confidently face recruitment processes and excel in professional careers.
