Himachal Pradesh Indian Forest Service (IFS) Association Elects New Leadership and Passes Resolutions in Key Meeting

The Himachal Pradesh Indian Forest Service (IFS) Association convened its annual meeting on January 31, 2024, where crucial resolutions addressing IFS service matters were passed, set to be presented to the government for consideration. 

During the meeting, a new leadership body was elected to spearhead the association's initiatives. Sh. Sanjay Sood emerged as the President, with Sh. DR Kaushal as Vice President, Sh. Abhilash Damodaran as General Secretary, Ms. Preeti Bhandari as Joint General Secretary, Sh. Sandeep Sharma as Joint General Secretary, and Sh. Krishenkumar as Treasurer. 

The newly elected members of the Executive Committee include Ms. Basu Kaushal, Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Sh. Parveen Thakur, Sh. Sanjeev Sharma, Sh. Aniket Wanve, and Ms. Divya. Meanwhile, the Media Committee welcomes Sh. Aishwarya Raj, Sh. Mandar Jeware, and Sh. Indra Bhushan to its newly elected members. 

These appointments reflect a diverse and experienced team ready to address the challenges and opportunities within the IFS service in Himachal Pradesh. The resolutions passed in the meeting underscore the association's commitment to advancing the interests and welfare of its members.
