Himachal Pradesh Congress election in-charge Rajiv Shukla and co-in-charge Sanjay Dutt reached Kangra on Tuesday. Himachal Congress President Kuldeep Rathore was present to welcome him at Gaggal airport. Talking to reporters at Gaggal airport itself, he said that Congress will win all the three by-elections going to be held in Himachal. People have made up their mind to defeat BJP in these three bye-elections and in the coming 2022 Vidhan Sabha elections also. He said that the BJP's departure from the assembly is certain.
