Hamirpur: Ajay Kumar of Lahra village of Galod area has been arrested with 86.420 grams of charas as part of a campaign against drug addiction. A case has been registered against Ajay under Section 20-61-85 Narcotics Act in Badsar police station. According to the information, this case has been registered on written circular by ASI Rajendra Kumar in-charge Police Support Cell, Galod. While ASI Rajendra Kumar was patrolling and traffic checking along with other employees, during the time Bharadi Mata approached the temple, a person was coming towards Sridi on foot. Seeing the police, he got nervous, when suspected he was searched and 86.420 grams of charas was recovered from him. On asking, he named his son Ajay Kumar. Shiv Kumar told the village Lahda (Hamirpur). According to ASP Vijay Kumar Sakalani, a case has been registered against the accused.
