Leaders Mourn Death of Virbhadra Singh

The death of veteran leader Virbhadra Singh was a great loss to the the state, said Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur. He said that many politicians of the state had learnt ins and outs of politics from him. He said that state would never find a leader like him in future. His demise was painful and was personal loss.   

Former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh was a great fighter and he faced every challenge successfully, said former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal here today. He said that death of veteran congress leader and six times chief minister was big loss to the state. Scores of leaders from all political parties extended their gratitude to the grief stricken family of Virbhadra Singh.

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu former president of HPCC said that death of senior congress leader had created a void that could not be filled. He said that he was great administrator whose contribution in the development of himachal Pradesh would be remembered for ever.

Ram Lal Thakur MLA from Shri Naina Devi said that Virbhadra Singh was an extra ordinary personality and state had neither seen nor would see a leader of his brilliance.

Rajender Zar president of DCC here said that Virbhadra Singh was real statesman who dedicated his entire life for the development and welfare of Himachal Pradesh.

Inder Dutt Lakhanpal MLA from Barsar said that demise of Virbhadra Singh was a personal loss to him. This was Virbhadra Singh who brought him into service of public and politics, he added.

Rajender Rana MLA Sujanpur said that death of Virbhadra Singh was shocking and great loss to the state. He said that Virbhadra Singh believed in uniform development of the state.

Prem Kaushal HPCC spokesperson said that Virbhadra Sing was father figure for him and his death was great loss for him.
