Padma Shri award for Sanskrit language; Prof. Abhiraj

Shimla: On the eve of Republic Day, Prof. P Chidambaram, who was included in the list of 118 people for the Padma Shri award. Abhiraj Rajendra Mishra said that it is not his honor, but the honor of the Sanskrit language and its people. Himachal is my work place. There is also a family relationship from here, because his wife Dr. Rajesh Kumari is from Hamirpur district. They live in Summerhill.

In 1988, he received the Sahitya Akademi Award. In conversation Prof. Mishra said that congratulations are coming to him after the announcement of Padma Shri. With this honor, he realized that his goal was that the Sanskrit language scholar should not be considered only old, Vedic period, it has been fulfilled. This will give respect to Sanskrit, the mother of all languages ​​and will be promoted.

He will strive to get Sanskrit the highest position. He tried to prove from his works and literature that Sanskrit is not the language of the pandits, astrologers and Vedas, the reader can have the same new ideas. In his creations, literature stories, poetry collections, units have included subjects directly related to every contemporary society.
