Vice Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh Technical University Prof. SP Bansal awarded prizes to students of Him Academy Public School Vikas Nagar on the Annual day function ‘Abhivyakti’ here today. He awarded students of classes first, fourth, Eighth and tenth.
The awards were given to students for their achievements during the last one year in various categories including academics, Sports, NCC, cultural and social activities. Over 200 prizes were given by school on the day.
RC Lakhanpal Chairman, Er. Pankaj Lakhanpal Director and Naina Lakhanpal Principal Academics and Himanshu Sharma were also present on the occasion. Prof. SP Bansal stressed on improving the quality of education and inculcating habits of punctuality and cleanliness among the students.
Naina lakhanpal principal read out the brief details of activities carried out by the school through out the year.
Significantly, HAPS is only school in the district that had international collaborations for students exchange programmes and had admitted foreign students in its campus.
