Chief Minister participated in cleanliness drive too

Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar Governor and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary at the Ridge in Shimla today.
The Governor said that Mahatma Gandhi established ideals in his life of adopting truth, non-violence, religion and Indian traditions with truth and integrity. He said that Gandhi was a great personality and dedicated his entire life for the cause of the nation.
Chief Minister also paid floral tributes to former Prime Minister late Lal Bahadur Shastri at CTO Chowk on the Mall Road on his Birthday.
Later CM visited the Shiv Mandir and participated in the cleanliness drive.
