Ground Breaking ceremony to be to done soon at respective places

CM Jai Ram Thakur chaired meeting of State Single Window Clearance and Monitoring Authority

The nineteenth meeting of State Single Window Clearance and Monitoring Authority (SSWC&MA) approved eight project proposals for setting up new industrial enterprises and expansion of existing units involving total proposed investment of approximately Rs. 947.47  crore here today, the meeting  was chaired by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur. He said that it would generate employment of over 4442 persons. He said that the state continued to attract the investment despite of overall slowdown in the economy.

New proposals approved by the authority include proposals of M/s Indo Farm Equipment Limited, M/s Sandhar Technology Limited M/s Shalimar Hatcheries Limited. The expansion proposals approved by the Authority include that of M/s ITC Limited, Manpura, M/s Innova Captab Limited, Jharmajri, M/s Indorama Industries Limited, Lodhimajra, M/s Innovative Tech Pack Limited, Baddi, M/s BE Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, Nihalgarh.

Chief Minister said that the ground breaking ceremony would be organized at the earliest.

Industries Minister Bikram Thakur directed the officers to speed up various proposals of the industrialists so that units could be set up at the earliest.

Director Industries Rakesh Prajapati conducted the proceedings of the meeting.

Additional Chief Secretary Industries R.D. Dhiman, Principal Secretary Onkar Chand Sharma, Additional Secretary Excise and Taxation Nivedita Negi and other senior officers of the State Government attended the meeting.
