Government’s counter attack: Union ministers said- the house was not allowed to run in a planned manner, the opposition should apologize to the country

New Delhi, August 12

After the uproar by the opposition in the Rajya Sabha, the Modi government has made it clear its intention to reply to the opposition. In view of this, eight ministers of the Modi government held a press conference. It included Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Prahlad Joshi, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Bhupendra Yadav, Anurag Thakur, Arjun Meghwal and V Muraleedharan. During this, he fiercely targeted the opposition including the Congress. He said that the opposition, including the Congress obstructed the proceedings of the House as per the plan. Injured the dignity of the House, for this he should apologize to the whole country.

Union Minister Anurag Thakur said, ‘The people of the country wait for the matters related to them to be raised in the House. At the same, the only agenda of the opposition from the road to Parliament was only anarchy. Instead of shedding crocodile tears, they should apologize to the country.

Anurag Thakur said that even today Rahul Gandhi and Congress were unable to accept that people voted for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the demand of the opposition we wanted to discuss agriculture related issues but he climbed on the table, our minister wanted to discuss Pegasus but he tore the bill… indecent with the lady marshal.
