On Friday, 68 people were tested corona positive in the district. The report of 31 people came positive in RT-PCR test and 37 in rapid antigen test.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. RK Agnihotri said that, in RT-PCR test the report of 9 people from village Mansui, 6 from village Kudhar in Salauni area and 4 from village Chatrayal of Bharedi area was positive.
Two persons each in in ward number-8 of Hamirpur Town, village Nara, Samaila and Ambedi were found infected with corona virus.
One positive case each in Medical College Hospital Hamirpur, Mattansiddh, Pandavin and village Dugwar of Kulhera area were reported positive.
Dr. RK Agnihotri said that total of 1514 samples were taken for rapid antigen test in the district, out of which 37 turned out to be positive. He said that report of 13 people in Hara Chamrara, a nearby village of Rangas and 4 each in villages Lagdevi and Naghun, were tested positive.
He said that two persons each in village Bela, ward number-2 of Sujanpur and village Dugli were tested posotive. Apart from these, one positive case each in villages Jhaniyari, Thana, Dhanwan, Bhor village Hassol, Nadaun, Patlandar’s Bhugol, Manyana, Basantpur and Kangra district’s Kosari district’s village Jaladi were tested positve.
