CHAMBA:In a remotely located Mangli village of Chamba district people are demanding foot bridge over a charged rivulet for last five years, but no one has considered this demand.
In absence of the same, the only earning hand in the family, a 30-year-old youth died in this rivulet on Sunday night and his body was recovered on Monday.
The deceased has left behind two small children, wife and parents behind. This incident has exposed the seriousness of the government in this backward district of Himachal Pradesh.
