Himachal assembly session: Opposition created ruckus over outsourced recruitment, walkout from the house

On the third day of the monsoon session in the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly on Wednesday, the opposition created a lot of ruckus in the house. The Congress Legislature Party disrupted the Question Hour. Assembly Speaker Vipin Parmar kept urging all the members to sit.

Congress MLAs raised the issue of outsourced recruitment through Chor Darwaza. The opposition said that the unemployed are being played with. The opposition sought discussion by bringing an adjournment motion, but this otion was rejected by Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar.

After this, the members of the opposition created a ruckus. When the Speaker of the Assembly started the Question Hour amid noisy noise, the opposition staged a walkout from the House raising slogans. Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar said on the demand of the opposition’s stop work motion, that information about the adjournment motion in Rule 67 was received from Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri, Congress MLA Asha Kumari, Inder Dutt Lakhanpal, Colonel Dhaniram Shandil and Rajinder Rana.
