I will not take salary until corona virus pandemic would end. This was stated by Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu former president of Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee today. He said that he had informed his decision to Vipin Parmar Speaker of Himachal Pradesh Vidhansabha. He said that he would take only Rs. One as token salary until corona virus pandemic was not eradicated form the state. He said that people should come forward to help the needy at this time of crises.
Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu who is also MLA from Nadaun Constituency said that district administration should clear its stand on why relatives of a BJP leader were allowed for home quarantine once they were sent to institutional quarantine. He said that the act had put lives of many under threat of corona virus. He said that who should be responsible for the spread of the virus due this lapse.
Sukhu said that it was unfortunate that senior officers of health department was allegedly involved in scams and corruption when they should work for the service of humanity. He said that government should bring all guilty to justice. He said that all those who were playing with the lives of people and corona warriors must be punished.
