Shimla: Himachal government has appointed Anil Kumar Khachi, a 1986 batch IAS officer and currently the most senior IAS officer of the cadre. Along with this, the government has reshuffled the workload of 8 administrative officers and has given new responsibility to the 2 officers who returned from central deputation. Through an order issued by the Department of Personnel, Additional Chief Secretary Van Ram Subhag Singh has been given the additional charge of the post of Chairman of the Energy and Power Board. The language, arts, and culture department he holds have been given to Principal Secretary Education Kamlesh Kumar Pant.
