Chief Minister dedicates 24 development projects worth Rs. 275 crore at Chamba

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated and laid foundation stones of 24 development projects worth Rs. 275 crore at Chamba in Chamba district today.

He inaugurated 68 meter span steel Truss bridge over River Ravi on Mehla-Bhagiar-Huraid road completed at a cost of Rs. 4 crore, Kangela Nullah bridge on Nakrod-Tikrigarh-Bhagaigarh road completed at a cost of Rs. 2 crore and Seru Nullah bridge on Tissa-Saikothi-Jhajjakothi road completed at a cost of Rs. 2 crore.

The Chief Minister laid foundation stone of up-gradation of Kiani-Rajnagar-Chakloo-Koti road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 28 crore, up-gradation of Luddu to Gharmani road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 7 crore, up-gradation of Raan road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 6 crore, up-gradation of Sahoo-Parotha-Padhar road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 6 crore, up-gradation of Shahpur-Sihunta-Chowari-Chamba road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 14 crore, up-gradation of Bhanera-Devidehra-Rathiar to Mankot road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 5 crore, up-gradation of Parel to Kohlari road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 13 crore, up-gradation of Chamba-Banikhet road via Upper Parel to be completed with a cost of Rs. 11 crore, up-gradation of Rajera to Dhulara road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 15 crore, up-gradation of Lachori to Salwaan road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 22 crore, up-gradation of Maira to Chakotar road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 16 crore, up-gradation of Kheri to Bhunad road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 15 crore, up-gradation of Bharmour-Badgram road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 10 crore, up-gradation of Sirdi to Ghared via Suppa road to be completed with an outlay of Rs. 9 crore, up-gradation of Churi to Basu-Kothi-Nurkula road to be completed with a cost of Rs. 6 crore, construction of Lahal to Bagru road including 40 meter span bridge to be completed with a cost of Rs. 8 crore, resilient and sustainable service delivery in water supply through rain water harvesting to be completed with a cost of Rs. 43 crore, augmentation of existing water supply scheme with anti freezing technology for freezing prone area in Gram Panchayat Poolan Palan and Kugti in tehsil Bharmour to be completed with a cost of Rs. 10 crore, augmentation of Water supply Scheme Sach-Parel-Sultanpur in Gram Panchayat Sach and Dramman in tehsil Chamba to be completed with a cost of Rs. 8 crore, sewerage scheme to Udaipur Khas in tehsil Chamba to be completed with a cost of Rs. 8 crore and remodeling of Water Supply Scheme Thundu Phargola in Gram Panchayat Kuthed, Janghi, Gagla in tehsil Chamba to be completed with a cost of Rs. 3 crore.
