Anurag Thakur Accused West Bengal government for sheltering corruption
In response to a question related to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Anurag Singh Thakur said, "Those who once talked about the corruption of Congress and removing corruption from the country, are now immersed in the quagmire of corruption. He added that Arvind Kejriwal has only encouraged corruption and anarchy.

Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Youth and Sports Affairs, Anurag Singh Thakur who is on visit to West Bengal today said that law and order situation of West Bengal has completely collapsed under the rule of Mamata Didi. He added that there is a complete arrangement here to loot the money that comes for public welfare. Even the ED team that came to take action in corruption cases is pelted with stones and beaten. Jhe ssaid that government of West Bengal is a haven for corrupt. Has Mamata Banerjee given free rein to her ministers, MPs and MLAs to loot or do they not listen to her, Anurag asked.
Anurag Thakur said that yesterday the National Youth Festival was celebrated all over India on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda who is from West Bengal but the youth of West Bengal were not allowed to participate in it.
He said that Today, when the name of Ram is echoing across the country, Hindus in West Bengal are not even being allowed to feel happy. Curfew like situation has been imposed here and incidents of assault on Hindu sadhus and attempts to murder them have come to light.

Referring ‘INDIA’ alliance to Anurag Thakur said, "Today the arrogance of the arrogant alliance is on the peak. One leader does not talk to the other. In West Bengal itself, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary and Mamata Banerjee speak differently. They have neither a leader, nor a policy, nor a mission.”
He said NDA would repeat government in the centre with thumping majority under dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
