Shimla: Tourists and locals in Himachal Pradesh were stuck in a four-kilometre long traffic jam on Manali-Solang-Nalla route on Monday due to heavy snowfall in the area for the past few days. The traffic movement on the Manali-Keylong route in Lahaul-Spiti district, which was stopped earlier, was resumed on Tuesday. The state transport corporation may resume bus service between Keylong-Kullu.
